  2. Forge strategic business relationships with European entrepreneurs and build a solid network beyond borders.

  3. Access decision-makers from major groups to present your products and services and seize concrete opportunities.

  4. Decode European business practices to negotiate, sell, and succeed in these markets.

 


Prorgam

Madrid | 15 - 19 November

  • November 15 :  Arrival in Madrid and free day
  • November 16 : Guided walking tour of Madrid and group dinner
  • November 17 and 18 : WEConnect International Europe-MENA Summit in Madrid (This summit will be conducted primarily in English)
    • Meetings with major European companies such as Accenture, BD, TJX Europe Group, Audi, Disneyland Paris, EDF Energy (UK), P&G, MSD, Nestlé, Onet, Kohl’s, Sanofi, Shell, and many others. As well as European businesswomen in the context of supplier diversification
    • Various workshops on economic, environmental, and technological issues and women's entrepreneurship
    • Conferences
    • Reception and cocktails
  • November 19 : Networking with female business leaders from multiple Spanish businesswomen's networks, then flight to Paris

Paris | 20 - 22 November - (These meetings will be conducted mainly in French)

  • Networking with female entrepreneurs from multiple French businesswomen's networks, suppliers, and partners
  • Visit to an iconic location in Paris
  • Reception
  • Free time

Criteria

  • Be a women-owned business with at least 51% of the shares in the company;

  • Participate in preparatory meetings and the post-mortem meeting;

  • Plan your mission by identifying the profile of the companies you wish to meet;

  • Share your mission objectives with the RFAQ and the mission participants;

  • Provide us with your profile and statement of capability in French and English, and if possible in Spanish;

  • Demonstrate a spirit of mutual support and collaboration.

 

N.B.: Registrations and sales are final; no refunds will be given. Payment must be received before the first preparatory session.

*Hotel rates may need to be adjusted based on room availability.
